Texas' Next Big WR Prospect?

18 Apr

Cy-Ridge has a history of having big time prospects. A few years ago Russell Shepard brought a lot of attention to the northwest Houston school as a national top 5 prospect. 2015, WR, Kemah Siverand may have that same potential. The 6'2, 176 lb. receiver has already received attention from UT and A&M. This attention comes off of only 244 yards receiving on 17 receptions. Siverand only needs a few plays to show his ability. Cy-Ridge was a run first team last year with Oklahoma St. running back signee, Rennie Childs. Siverand's potential could result in a huge junior year, easily over a thousand yards. His field speed is top-end and he reads the defensive backfield in ways that only elite players can... he creates open space with ease. Siverand has run 4.5 before but Speed Rank had him at 4.7. He competed in a track meet the night before and may have resulted in sore legs. He is most likely in the 4.5-4.7 range right now. It would not surprise, if he busted a 4.4 by the end of the summer. His speed is there, if you watch in the video... he gains ground very quickly. His vertical was 35.9" making him a jump ball threat also.
